Delete your noMech account
noMech is operated by RedMechs Intelligence OÜ (Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Narva mnt 5, 10117, Estonia). This page lets you delete your noMech account and the personal data associated with it — you do not need the App installed to use it.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the App: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This is the fastest route.
Option 2 — On this page: click Delete my account below and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in noMech. We use the sign-in only to verify that the request comes from the account owner. After you confirm, your deletion request is submitted immediately.
Option 3 — By email: if you can no longer sign in (for example, you lost access to your Apple or Google account), email contact@redmechs.com with the subject "Account deletion". Send the email from the address linked to your noMech account if possible; otherwise we will ask a few questions to verify you are the account owner before deleting. We aim to confirm email requests within 7 days, and in any case respond within one month.
You will be asked to sign in and to confirm before anything is deleted.
Before you delete — subscriptions
- App Store or Google Play subscription: deleting your account does not cancel it — Apple and Google bill you directly, and only you can cancel. Cancel first: iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (open Apple subscriptions); Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (open Play subscriptions).
- Web subscription (purchased on nomech.app): we automatically stop auto-renewal when your account is deleted, and you will not be charged again. Deletion ends your access immediately, including any remaining paid period, and the unused remainder is not refunded (your statutory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right, are unaffected). If you want to use the rest of a paid period, cancel your subscription first (see our Terms of Use, Section 5.2) and delete your account after it ends.
- Deleting the App from your phone does not delete your account or cancel any subscription.
What is deleted, and when
When you confirm deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and can no longer be signed in to. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we keep, and why
- Payment and transaction records we are required to keep: up to 7 years, as required by Estonian accounting and tax law.
- Support correspondence: kept up to 24 months after the issue is closed.
- Aggregated or anonymized statistics that can no longer be linked to you.

Deleting specific data only
If you want particular data removed (for example, your chat history) without deleting your whole account, email contact@redmechs.com — under the GDPR you can request erasure of specific data at any time.
