• Product support — support@nomech.app, for anything about the app: your vehicle profile, the maintenance plan, AI Mechanic answers, or a subscription.
• Privacy and legal — contact@redmechs.com, for access, correction, or deletion of your data, and anything else covered by the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.

Requests to exercise your data-protection rights are answered within one month, as the Privacy Policy sets out.

What to include

The more of this you can give us, the faster we can help:

• your vehicle's year, make, model, and current mileage;
• what you expected to happen, and what happened instead;
• the screen you were on, plus your app version and device — or your browser, if it happened on the website;
• the email address on your account, if you are writing from a different one.

Account and data

• Delete your account in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account, on the web at nomech.app/delete-account, or by emailing contact@redmechs.com from your account address.
• Change your analytics choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy.
• Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account and does not cancel a subscription.

What we keep after deletion, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and refunds

Where you bought your subscription decides how you cancel it and who handles a refund:

• App Store — cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refund requests are decided by Apple under its policies.
• Google Play — cancel in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Request a refund through Google Play, or from us directly.
• Bought on the web — cancel from the subscription-management link in your confirmation email, or email contact@redmechs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.

Consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see section 5 of the Terms of Use.

Safety first

noMech is informational and is not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic. If a symptom could affect safety — brakes, steering, tires, fuel smell, warning lights, smoke — stop driving and have the vehicle inspected by a professional. Do not wait on a reply from us, and never rely on the app in an emergency.
